Tickets for The Caroline Chisholm Reading at the International Anthony Burgess Foundation


This event honours the memory of writer Caroline Chisholm (MA Creative Writing, 2013),
who was a valued member of the CNW community.

Ross Raisin is the author of three novels: A Natural (2017), Waterline (2011) and God’s Own Country (2008).
In 2013 he was named as one of Granta’s Best of Young British Novelists.
He has been the recipient of several awards, including The Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year
and a Betty Trask Award, and been shortlisted for the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award
and the Guardian First Book Award. His 2018 publication on the practice of fiction writing was titled,
Read This if you Want to be a Great Writer. Ross teaches creative writing at Goldsmiths University.


After the event is off sale online, tickets can be purchased directly from the Martin Harris Centre Box Office subject to availability. The Martin Harris Centre Box Office opening hours are 12.30pm - 2.30pm Monday to Friday and one hour before an event is due to start.
