This class is for you to stretch, breathe, strengthen and move. Yoga can improve your physical, emotional and mental health in a gentle and nurturing way. Classes are suitable for both beginners and people who have done Yoga before.
Come and try it, even if you can’t touch your toes or sit on the floor, we all start somewhere!

Age Suitability: 18+ (This workshop is part of a programme of classes and courses designed for adults)
