Workshop

Screenwriting With Alice Nutter

Over two days you will go from fear of the blank page to sketching out an idea, a story, a beginning, a middle and an end. Following the weekend you will write the first 10 pages of a calling card script, which can be given to Alice for feedback to support you finishing your script.

Experience isn’t necessary but commitment is! Writing is hard but you can do it. Alice started writing in her mid-forties and went on to write for stage and screen. Including My Generation and Barnbow Canaries for Leeds Playhouse, and episodes of The Accused, The Street, The Mill and Trustfor TV.  She is currently working on an austerity comedy drama and a TV pilot.
