Josie Long - Tender
Three-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee and very-hard-to-pin-down-indie-underdog-nightmare Josie Long is back with a brand new show after a brief hiatus, during which she had a baby and so on.
How do you bring someone into a world that everyone keeps telling you is ending? This show is about the mind-bending intensity of new motherhood, but mostly about kindness, gentleness, and joy - all in all, the edgiest thing you will see this year. The aim is for you to come out of it feeling optimistic about the future, although that is a big ask. At the very least there will be some really silly voices in it, and that’s not nothing.
★★★★★ The Skinny “Riotously hilarious...a uniquely optimistic hour of comedy”
★★★★ The Times “Brilliantly evocative, an original and unflagging spirit.”
★★★★ The Guardian ““Full of love and defiant joy”
★★★★ The Scotsman “Her excitability is as infectious as always...explicitly personal and positive...an hour of near constant laughs”

Rhys James - Snitch
Show And Tell in association with United Agents present
RHYS JAMES: SNITCH
Mock The Week regular and star of his own BBC Radio 4 series, Rhys James heads out on his first national tour.
In early 2019, Rhys was asked to go back to his school and inspire the Year 11s. Given that teenagers are a nightmare and there was no fee, he ghosted the teacher who had emailed. Bit of a shame really, given that he's figured out the true circle of life, has solved parenting despite having zero children, and even thinks he can predict the curriculum of schools in 50 years. Maybe he'll inspire some Year 11s in 2069.

Jason Byrne: Audience Precipitation
He’s back for more comedy chaos! Jason has learnt over the past few years that we all need to “play” a bit more in our lives.
With this in mind, Jason will do what he does best, connecting with the audience in a way no other comic can. Whether it’s inviting or dragging (as it has been known) people up onto stage and making a “holy show of them” as they say in Ireland.
Jason’s Audience Precipitation, will be a laugh out loud, must see show, with a light drizzle of audience participation… ooohhh clever that.

Dirty Dusting
Production company Entertainment Unlimited have embarked on another UK wide tour in Autumn 2021 with the laugh out loud comedy, Dirty Dusting.
THIS IS AN EVENING OF PURE THEATRICAL VIAGRA
Our 2021 production stars Vicki Michelle (‘Allo ‘Allo!) and Vicky Entwistle (Coronation Street) Leah Bell completes the threesome.
Gladys, Olive and Elsie are three “vintage style” cleaning ladies who, threatened with redundancy, chance on an ‘unconventional’ way of earning some extra cash.
A wrong number requiring a Sex Chat Line rings into the office and gives them a great idea… “Why not start their own Sex Chat Line?” After all, their age and appearance won’t matter on the telephone and providing they can keep this a secret from Dave, their boss…they could be onto a winner!
What could possibly go wrong????
Written by Ed Waugh and Trevor Wood, this production is directed by Leah Bell who injects this hilarious play with a fresh and lively approach coupled with her own unique comedic style.

Austentatious is an improvised comedy play starring a cast of the country’s quickest comic performers. Every single show the cast conjures up a brand new ‘lost’ Jane Austen novel based on nothing more than a title suggested by the audience.
The show comes fresh from multiple sellout runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, a weekly residency in London’s West End and a BBC Radio 4 Christmas special. Now Austentatious will be appearing at theatres across the country to entertain and astonish audiences in equal measure.
Previous ‘lost’ masterpieces have included Double 0 Darcy, Game of Scones and The Wickham Man, and no two shows are ever the same. Performed in period costume with live musical accompaniment, this is a Regency treat guaranteed to delight Austen novices and die-hard fans alike.
★★★★★ “Ridiculously silly…wickedly funny” – The Times

★★★★ “A joy to behold” – The Guardian
★★★★ “Supersmart and terrifically funny” – The Scotsman

Andy Parsons – Healing The Nation
BORIS JOHNSON replaces Theresa May as PM. Show REWRITTEN.
The 2019 GENERAL ELECTION happens. Show REWRITTEN again.
COVID-19 arrives – show REWRITTEN for the third time.
So the 2019/2020 HEALING THE NATION TOUR has become the 2019/2020/2021 HEALING THE NATION TOUR, and as the tour has gone on, there’s been less and less healing and more and more of the opposite. Admittedly, I could have changed the title but it still seemed strangely appropriate - and some of the gigs have been rescheduled so it would prove confusingto existing ticket holders if the ticket said “HEALING THE NATION” but the show was now called “MY LIFE IN BALLET”.
So, we have the serially rewritten HEALING THE NATION TOUR 2019/2020 now EXTENDED INTO 2021, not so much due to POPULAR DEMAND but more lack of OPEN VENUES. And with NEGATIVE POWERS OF HEALING. Yet this latest, very new version of the show is my FAVOURITE so far.

Dave Spikey - A Funny Thing Happened....I shot Derek Rigby
This show was simply going to be called “I shot Derek Rigby” which Dave has freely admitted to ; in fact this has never been in doubt - there were several witnesses - but (there’s always a “but”) he thought that might be a little too weird a title so, although he will talk about the shooting in some depth (Because, to be fair, it was funny to all present with the exception of Derek), he will concentrate on the many other funny things that happen all the time.
Funny things happen at home, at work, out shopping, at the Vets, in Prison, out with his eccentric Gran and in Hong Kong - obviously. Dave’s comedy radar has always instinctively drawn him to these small out-of-the-ordinary events that wash over most of us and pass us by. Once identified, he analysis and elaborates them in his own way whilst at the same time reminding us that not only have we too witnessed them, they’ve probably happened to us!
It’s this added dimension, this comedy of association that elevates the events to laugh-out-loud funny. No wonder Time Out magazine said of him, “Not only a very funny comedian but one of the finest raconteurs around”

BORN TO MINCE
‘Are you ready for some filth? I know I am. Time once again for me to sally forth and pleasure the provinces with my particular brand of saucy innuendo. Let me at them!’
In this outrageously camp show, (that he was going to call Bed Knobs and Knee Pads but was advised might not sell too well in Harrogate), renowned homosexual Julian Clary will bare his soul as never before in the interests of light entertainment.
He’ll murder some well known songs along the way, no doubt, read you a sneak preview from his next memoir A Night At the Lubricant and make withering remarks about punters foolish enough to sit in the front row. You know the kind of thing. It’s the only life he knows. Don’t miss out.
This might well be the final mince…
