Opening days: Wednesday – Sunday
Opening times: 10:00am – 5pm (last entry 4pm)
Visitors cannot book more than six tickets for any given time slot.
Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
Concession applies to: Full Time Students, 65+ and Unemployed.
The museum receives financial support from Manchester City Council. As part of that arrangement city residents benefit from free admission.
Existing ticket holders (within 12 months of their previous visit) can book their time slot free of charge.
Tickets are currently only bookable four weeks in advance.
Suggested duration of visit: 1 hour. Please note: The galleries close at 5pm. As such, visitors should only book the 4:30pm timed-entry if they are happy to experience the exhibition in a reduced 30 minute session. Thank you.
