A walking tour for dogs and their owners. Hear all about Manchester’s canine connections on this six-legged tour where we visit green parks, sniff around the exterior of some of Manchester’s southern attractions including the Whitworth Art Gallery, Victoria Baths and Mrs Gaskell’s former home at Plymouth Grove, and finish at The Manchester Museum where you can take in the new exhibition – ‘Breed: the British and Their Dogs’ which reveals the enduring relationship between the British people and their dogs.
- Meet outside Whitworth Art Gallery.
- No need to have a dog to join the walk – dog-lovers very welcome too.
- Only well behaved dogs (and owners!) please. Both should be attached to one another by lead at all times.
