Quaytickets sells tickets on behalf of promoters, theatres, clubs and sports venues which means Quaytickets does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Policies are set by promoters, theatres, clubs and sports venues, that prohibit Quaytickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. When buying tickets via Quaytickets we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets you can buy for each event.
From time to time, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In all situations the fees paid to Quaytickets are non refundable.

As an authorised ticket agent; Quaytickets sells tickets on behalf of the venue, promoter or producer that stages the event for which you buy a ticket. This ticket remains the property of the organisation for whom Quaytickets has sold the ticket. The venue management reserves the right at their sole discretion to refuse admission and in this instance a refund of the face value of the ticket will be given. This ticket can only be purchased for personal use only, and not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value is grounds for cancellation without refund. The venue, promoter or producer and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.
